HOME!

I’m HOME!

Went to Montreal for five days, ended up there the better part of a month.

It’s like what they say about sausages — it’s better that you don’t know how they’re made.

I will never watch a movie the same way again.

ahhh, isn’t Montreal grand? I was up there last weekend. I was figuring you left your LJ out in the wind, having not read anything of you in a while.

Glad it was a good time.

    Movies . . . Sausages . . . Making either is bloody and a damn mess . . . !

I keep wanting to visit the place more often than the “once every 4-5 years” basis I’m currently settling for, myself. Hope eternal, and all that, right?

Not forgotten, but there were two complications. The first was that I’m pretty much embargoed from talking too much about what the filming was like, etc, for all of the obvious publicity reasons. The second was that there simply wasn’t much time even if I could post.

Should be up to speed again soon.

well, yeah, i just thought that you had forgotten about this, but I’m looking forward to the film. I’ve currently got a friend going ballistic on Checkmate. He’s loving it, it’s a necessary break from a play he’s directing off-off broadway.

    Glad you are back Greg!

I’m sure you will appreciate the sadness of this story. Having read 52 every week for the past year, I decided to read it all again once it was finished to really get the full experience, to see all the hints that were dropped early on, and just for the fun of it. After finishing, right by my bed sat all 52 issues. An entire glass of water ended up spilling over the entire series. Far from a tragedy, but dear god did I hate myself!

At least I had finished the great re-read though. And I suppose it gives me an excuse to buy the trades. :)
