Batman: Shadow of the Bat 94February 2000 Art by Pablo Raimondi, Sean Parsons. "Endgame Epilogue: Days of Auld Lang Syne" (part of NO MAN'S LAND) continued from Detective #741. Sarah Essen-Gordon's funeral was held. Lex Luthor made his move to steal all the land in Gotham City (most of the owners were either dead or financially unable to take him to court). Lucius Fox reported to Bruce Wayne, then went to confront Luthor. Batman, knowing what the outcome would be, stopped Mercy from killing Fox after Luthor gave her the order. Nightwing visited Helena in the hospital; Gordon visited his wife's grave.
Batman: Shadow of the Bat 93January 2000 Art by Paul Ryan, pencilled by Bill Sienkiewicz. "Assembly Redux" (part of NO MAN'S LAND). Catwoman got the computer discs to Batman; Batman got them to Oracle. Pettit's crew went in with the intention of assassinating Two-Face, but Batman stopped them and removed them from the territory. Batman, Azrael, Batgirl, and Gordon met. Robin watched as Bane and his employer began moving. Lex Luthor arrived in No Man's Land.
Batman: Shadow of the Bat 88August 1999 Art by Dan Jurgens, pencilled by Bill Sienkiewicz. "Fruit of the Earth" Part 1 (part of No Man's Land). Batman and Robin prepared to go into Robinson Park. First, Batman visited Penguin, who told him Clayface was fencing the fresh, yet out-of-season fruit. Pettit and a group left the Blue Boys after another blow up with Gordon. Batman took Robin into one of his "caves" that he'd had built during his absence. Poison Ivy was being held there by Clayface. Continued in Batman 568.
Batman: Shadow of the Bat 87July 1999 Art by Mike Deodato, pencilled by Wayne Faucher. "Claim Jumping" Part 2 (part of NO MAN'S LAND) continues from Legends of the Dark Knight #119. An all-out war broke loose: Two-Face's army attacked uptown, the Blue Boys (Gotham City PD) raided northward into Penguin's territory, Penguin attacked Batman's land. When it was all over, Penguin had lost half his area. Batman's captor let him loose after Two-Face took all his territoryBatgirl proved no match against the sheer number of attackers.
